The Escuela de Artes Plásticas is a public autonomous institution of higher education at the service of culture and the People of Puerto Rico. It is devoted to the full education of professional artists, designers and art teachers, through the development of creativity, cognitive processes and the teaching of artistic and pedagogical techniques. It offers bachelor programs which stimulate and promote the humanistic and cultural development of students.
